1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AdShare you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use AdShare. By using the platform you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Users under 18 should have parental consent.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

4. Earning & Rewards

• Earnings are generated by watching advertisements served through Google AdSense
• You earn 5% of the revenue generated by each ad impression
• Earnings are subject to a daily maximum of $5.00 per account
• Minimum payout threshold is $5.00 for gift cards
• Earnings are estimates and may vary based on actual ad revenue
• AdShare reserves the right to adjust earning rates at any time

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to watch ads or generate earnings
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent daily earning limits
• Use VPNs or proxies to manipulate ad impressions
• Attempt to manipulate or exploit the platform in any way
• Share your account credentials with others
• Engage in any fraudulent activity related to ad viewing

6. Account Termination

AdShare reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we detect fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or abuse of the platform. Any pending earnings may be forfeited upon termination for violations.

7. Payouts

• Payout requests are reviewed and processed manually by our team
• We reserve the right to delay or deny payouts if fraud is suspected
• Gift cards are delivered via Tango Card to your provided email address
• We are not responsible for gift cards delivered to incorrect email addresses provided by users
• Approved payouts are typically processed within 5 business days

8. Advertising

Ads displayed on AdShare are served by Google AdSense. We do not control the content of advertisements. Google's advertising policies apply to all ads served on our platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdShare is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties about the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the platform. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of AdShare.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of AdShare after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
